“Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta” Releases Drama-Filled Teaser Clip [VIDEO]

It appears viewers can expect a very dramatic season of “Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta” this season, judging by the teaser video released for the reality series. The show is set to premiere the new season on May 25th, featuring Bow Wow, Zonnique Pullins, and Reginae Carter.

The teaser video shows Bow Wow as he deals with his absentee father, who has come back into his life. The rapper, whose real name is Shad Moss, is shown crying over being abandoned by his dad. Moss is also shown getting into a fight with someone in the recording studio.

Bow Wow appears to be over the music industry and is ready to retire at the age of 30. However, some of his famous friends urge him to make a comeback. Rapper Snoop Dogg and mega-producer, Jermaine Dupri, as well as female rapper Da Brat try to assist the star as he works on putting out his final studio album. This will be his first album in six years.

Of course, that’s not the only drama for Moss. He is also shown trying to reconcile with his baby mama, Joie Chavis.

Lil Wayne and Toya Wright’s daughter, Reginae Carter, is making her way in the music industry too. Reginae and Toya go off when Waka Flocka’s younger brother, Brandon Barnes, is being disrespectful towards rapper Lil Wayne.

Zonnique Pullins, the daughter of Tiny and stepdaughter to T.I., is attempting to focus on her music career. However, the very public divorce of her parents will make things a challenge.

Love & Hip Hop veteran Deb Antney is shown arguing with her son Brandon Barnes over his career choice. She appears to believe Barnes may not be cut out for a music career like his brother, Waka Flocka Flame.

Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta stars some of the biggest names in rap and their progeny including Bow Wow, Jermaine Dupri, Lil Wayne’s daughter Reginae and ex-wife LaToya, Zonnique Pullins, T.I., Tiny and many more.
